Here's my quick edit.  It may be too dark??  Its a beautiful picture, though!!!  I adore the light :-)

Does this work?  I can't get it to feel right.  I was trying to do a backlit shot but I just couldn't get enough light on her face and the sun was just too strong.  I ended up moving after this shot but when I was culling I kept going back to it.  I just love something about it...but I can't seem to get it to work.

Any suggestions?

Quick question...which edit looks right to you? Does the top one look too red or does the bottom one look too washed out? I edited on my laptop while out of town but now looking at the images on my desktop monitor they all look red to me. Both screens have been calibrated, so I'm not sure why I'm getting this inconsistency!!!

So tell me honestly, does the sunlight in the back completely take away from the shot?  Or do you think it can work??
